- Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the services or related systems
- Misrepresent identity or authorization to use the services
SMS and Messaging Services
Where Etex provides SMS or text messaging services, use must comply with applicable carrier, regulatory, and consent requirements. Message frequency varies depending on account activity and service configuration. Message and data rates may apply.
Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required consent from message recipients for programs they operate through Etex services.
Service Availability
Etex strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, carrier issues, or third-party failures may affect delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Etex’s total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount paid to Etex for the applicable service during the prior three months, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

Etex may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
